Description
One of our prestigious clients, a leading freight forwarding company, is looking for experienced "Credit Officers" to join their team immediately.SALARY: Negotiable
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer credit profiles.
- Monitor outstanding balances and initiate timely follow-up with team members.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Develop strategies to reduce credit risk and enhance collection efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports on credit and collection activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in finance.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in the finance or credit fields.
- Experience managing credit operations (credit control, debt collection, collection processing, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software
- Detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong knowledge of credit and financial analysis.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
